(HRN) For Members of hospitality industry

Handicap Travelers Reward Number program (HRN) rewards members of the Hospitality industry with cash rewards when they refer successful rentals to Handicap Travelers DR, wheelchair, scooter, power chair and oxygen rental service. The HRN program is free and is available to all members of the concierge, hospitality, or travel industry which includes hotel chains, travel agents, transportation providers and hospitals.

Program Details:
  • Referring agents will earn 10% commission for each completed equipment rental, up to a maximum of $100 per order (minimum 1 day rental).
  • Referring agents will earn $20 commission for all oxygen rentals, up to a maximum of $100 per order (minimum 2 day rental).
  • The HRN number must be supplied at the time the equipment is booked in our system.
  • Commissions are based on completed rentals only. No commissions will be paid out for cancelled bookings.
  • Commissions are paid out via electronic funds transfers (Pay Pal), Cash and account deposit. Or in the case of concierge and guest service hotels in Cash at the moment of the transaccion, in other case for hopitality industry, outsite the country paiment will by (PayPal Account) These payments are issued on a quarterly basis and arrive between the 10th and 20th day of the month following each quarter*.

Q1 = January 1 – March 31
EFT payment: April 10 – 20

Q2 = April 1 – June 30
EFT payment: July 10 – 20

Q3 = July 1 – September 30
EFT payment: October 10 – 20

Q4 = October 1 – December 31
EFT payment: January 10 – 20

  • Payments are issued for the quarter the rental is completed (i.e. if your client completes their rental in August, you will be paid in October for Hospitality industry, Agents, Travel Agents, Concierge & Guest Service not more than 5 days after the client payment)
  • If you are unable to receive Paypal Transactions, there will be an administration fee for sending manual checks or cash Transfers at the cost of $3 per check or 2% for Moneygram transacction or Westerunion. Checks will be mailed to the address listed in the “Payment Information” section.

Simply complete our HRN Application Form below and once we process your information we will provide you with your unique Handicap Travelers Reward Number (HRN). Each time this number is used when booking an equipment or oxygen rental, Handicap Travelers DR will record your commissions and pay you at the end of each period.

Once we receive and process your information, a local representative will contact you and provide Your unique Handicap Referral Number (HRN).
